Zero-Tolerance Policy for Professional Conduct

 

Serene Being Massage LLC is a professional massage therapy practice dedicated to providing a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients. I strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior or language that is inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful.

 

Policy Guidelines

1. Professional Boundaries: I am committed to maintaining strict professional boundaries. Any attempt to compromise these boundaries, through words or actions, will result in the immediate termination of the session.

 

2. Respectful Communication: Verbal or non-verbal communication that is suggestive, offensive, or that feels uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

 

3. Consequences of Policy Violations: If a client engages in behavior that violates this policy, the session will end immediately with no refund. Additionally, the client will be permanently banned from booking future services with Serene Being Massage LLC, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
