Cancellation & Booking Policies

At Serene Being Massage LLC, I understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. In an effort to be fair to all clients and maintain appointment availability, the following policies are observed:

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to book the appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the deposit amount of the scheduled service. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

No-Shows

Clients who forget, miss, or choose not to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be responsible for the full cost of the missed service. Payment is required before future appointments can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Whether there is sufficient time remaining to begin the session will be determined at my discretion. Regardless of the shortened session length, you will be responsible for payment of the full scheduled service.

Out of respect for your therapist and fellow clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Accompanying Guests

Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate accompanying guests during appointments.

Rescheduling Future Appointments

If you would like to reschedule within the guidelines outlined above, please select Hours & Booking from the menu on the left to choose a new appointment date and time and complete the booking process in accordance with these policies.
